Raw Milk

I found a location for raw milk in Queen Creek. Read up on the benefits of raw milk. Its sad that the milk in most grocery stores have little or no nutritional value. Honestly I have mixed feeling about raw milk. I love milk, the milk at the grocery store. I don't know how I will like raw milk. I don't know if this will stick for our household but I do think its so much healthier than grocery store milk. If anything we can eliminate milk. My little guy seems to have less stomach problems when he doesn't drink very much milk anyways. Here is the link. If you interested in finding raw milk choices in your state click here. Milk is great for our health when its the right kind of milk. Thank you Sally Fallon!

Grapefruit Seed Extract

I am a little new to the world of grapefruit seed extract (GSE) but so far I love it. In mid February I started getting a sore throat and we were getting ready to go out of town. I didn't want to be sick on the trip, who does? So I added some GSE to a glass of water and gargled with it and swallowed what I could at the end. That did the trick! The sore throat was gone. We also used it on a cold sore my husband was getting the other day. Its gone! So far I am a huge fan of this stuff. You can use it for anything. Such a great thing to have in your home. The Enlightened Homemaker is in Arizona but she can ship you your orders. Anyways I think my GSE was like $12.00. Not bad at all. The best part are the health benefits.

Essential Oils

I am so excited for the "breathe" mixture of essential oils I ordered today. I usually use my Eucalyptus oil which I love too but this mixture will be even better for the respiratory stuff my kids have been getting the past few months. If you are interested on getting started on essential oils I know a great gal that can order them for you. She doesn't charge shipping if you pick it up. Essential oils have been such a great thing for our family. I highly recommend them!
